Role and Responsibilities
We are currently looking for an Office Manager to join our mission-driven organization.

As our new Office Manager, you are an organized professional able to support our investment professionals across a variety of functions, including team travel, events, scheduling, communications, website and social media, finance support duties, MS Office document and presentation support and other special projects and admin for our small, dynamic organization.
Practically speaking, here’s what you’ll do:
- General office administration – greeting guests & coordinating meetings, deliveries, office supplies & equipment orders, couriers, maintenance etc.
- Special events coordination –which includes regular team retreats, and annual shareholder meetings
- Investment team support – executive assistant to the investment team, including the Managing Partners
- Operations team support – assisting our Finance team on various finance, HR and operations matters
- Communications support – assisting with recurring communications, newsletters, and website content
- Ready to take on whatever other projects and tasks that may be assigned
Suitable candidates have an eagle-eye for detail and a polished approach to their workload. Verbal and written communication skills are strong, and multi-tasking comes naturally to this individual. Most importantly, candidates are passionate about sustainability and using business as a force for good and enjoy having fun in the workplace.
Qualifications
- Experience as an executive assistant, receptionist or related professional/administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to compose professional communications and online/digital content
- Experience using a CRM database such as Salesforce would be an asset
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive, supportive, flexible attitude
