After graduating from the University of Waterloo in Nanotechnology Engineering, Raymond began his career as an automotive process engineer researching perovskite solar cells. He spent a number of years with McKinsey (where he provided clients with product go-to-market strategies, operational efficiencies, and sales strategies) and then joined Enveritas, a YC-backed sustainable agriculture startup.

Raymond’s passion for sustainability, cleantech, and making the world a better place led him to our doorstep (naturally) and we are grateful he now calls ArcTern home. When Raymond’s at his other home, he enjoys DIY-ing (he is an engineer, after all).
