Rutendo joined the ArcTern team from Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where she focused on strategy and transformation projects in a wide range of industries. Prior to BCG, Rutendo gained valuable experience working in international finance and development (IFC, IMF and Calvert Impact Capital). Her passion for innovation and sustainable global development led her to the ArcTern family.

Rutendo holds an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Mathematics and Economics from the College of Wooster. Outside of work, Rutendo enjoys travelling, listening to audiobooks and cooking fusion dishes.
