Tanya brings nearly a decade of diverse experience and a lifelong passion for sustainability to her current role. Previously, she was on the executive team at a shared ridehailing fleet startup (Autzu), and prior to this, was at McKinsey where she led consulting teams on strategy, due diligence, and operational improvement projects. Early in her career, she was an engineer and investor in public infrastructure (Meridiam Infrastructure, WSP, Hatch).

Tanya holds an MBA (Harvard Business School) and BASc in civil and environmental engineering (University of Toronto). In her spare time, she enjoys listening to progressive metal and trying to learn standup comedy.
