Tyler Christie is a company builder turned investor with deep experience scaling growth-stage technology companies globally, particularly at the intersection of climate, applied AI, and enterprise software. 
 
Previously, Tyler was a Managing Director at BlackRock, where he helped build the $1.4B Decarbonization Partners growth equity fund in a joint venture with Temasek. He has also served as a Venture Partner at leading European venture funds including Extantia and Norrsken. 
 
Earlier in his career, Tyler held senior leadership roles across multiple technology companies including CEO of AMEE, a sustainability analytics platform he led through exit. He also led Product and Go-to-Market at Axiom when acquired by Permira, and co-founded Parla, a digital health company acquired by Holland & Barrett. Tyler began his career as a data engineer and mapping specialist, building early machine-learning models for environmental and infrastructure applications. 
 
Tyler received an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Geography from Middlebury College. An avid skier, cyclist and outdoor enthusiast, you’ll often find him hiking or biking around the UK and Europe with his wife and three kids.
